How do I get started ?

Simple, fill in the contact form with some details of your requirements, you will receive a reply within one working day with some suggestions and arrange a meeting to further discuss your needs.

How do I decide on the design for my new website ?

Its really easy, we use a content management system (cms) on the versatile wordpress platform, this enables us to custom build a premium theme to base your site around, we add custom features and your own images to make the site unique to you. All features and content are simple to change at a later date. Visit the themes page to see how your new site could look.

I already have a website but its old and needs updating to a more user friendly and professional look, is it possible ?

Of course, its not a problem to give your current website a great new look, your visitors will have a much better experience and will rate your business more highly.

Can I host my new site on my own server ?

Absolutely, however we will need access to your hosting account to install the databases (login details and password).

Once my new site is online am I able to make changes to it when needed ?

Yes. As part of our service we give a one on one training session to show you how make changes to your site, alternatively we can do this for you on a per page cost basis.

Do I need to make any up-front payments ?

No.We ask for payment only when you are happy with your new website, then we publish it.

Will my website be secure ?

If your new website is hosted by us-yes, we have SSL certification on our server and during the past 7 years we have neither had any downtime, or hacking on our sites.

I already have a Google places listing but it doesn’t show on the first page of google search, can you help ?

In most cases we can improve your Google places rankings, however some business sectors are harder to achieve first page rankings, if we cannot significantly improve your listing we offer a no fee policy, contact us for more information.
